Description
‘Threads’ abound in this quirky feature debut in which a young, introverted seamstress becomes entangled in a web of trouble after taking a mysterious briefcase from a crime scene that she happens to come across on her way home. Armed with her needle and thread, she escapes dangerous pursuers and navigates her way through various scenarios. Every decision matters in this must-see for fans of crime stories as well as cinephiles with an affinity for sewing!
Knitting like your life depends on it! You’ll be picking up the thread youself during the LIFF Limited Edition for Sew Torn on October 13. (Wool) Artist Claire and Esther invite you to come knit and crochet with them in the cinema. The screening room will stay dimly lit throughout the screening, so you won’t lose the thread.
We’ll have crochet hooks, knitting needles and wool that you can use. You can also bring your own project!
