What is the Cineville pass?
The Cineville pass is a monthly subscription of €21,- (30 years and older) or €17,50 (up until 29 years old) with which you get unlimited access to all regular and many special film screenings in all film theatres in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Maastricht, Haarlem, Leiden, Zwolle, Alkmaar, Schiedam, Dordrecht, Diemen, Delft, and Castricum. This year, the pass also gives you access to 10 screenings in cinema, including Limited Editions and the opening night selection. Your subscription is for a minimum of four months, after which you’ll be able to cancel monthly.
How to use the Cineville pass at LIFF?
After you purchased your card online, you’ll receive an e-mail with a temporary pass. Print your temporary pass and use it to order tickets and go to the screenings until you receive your actual pass. Please note: it’s not possible to scan the temporary pass on your smartphone so please bring a printed pass.
Cineville tickets
As Cineville pass owner, you’ll be able to order up to 10 free tickets of all screenings in cinema on our website or at the cinemas. You can order one film ticket at a time.
When ordering tickets, choose ticket type 'Cineville' and enter the code on your Cineville pass in the box below. Next, click on 'add'. If the box turns green, you know the code has been verified. Then complete the ordering process. You should receive your film ticket(s) in your mailbox. Please note: the e-ticket does not contain a barcode.
Cineville pass holders must activate their Cineville tickets at one of the cinemas between 4 hours and 15 minutes before the start of the screening. Otherwise, your Cineville reservation will be cancelled. As soon as you’ve checked-in, a barcode will appear on your e-ticket which means it is activated and you’ll be able to visit the screening.
Cancel your Cineville reservation
If you cannot or do not want to use a booking, we would like to ask you to cancel your reservation in time. You can do this in Mijn LIFF. In the 'Upcoming Films' overview, go to the film you want to cancel your ticket for. Click on the menu at the top right of the film's image. Choose the option 'Cancel ticket'. The message 'ticket cancelled' will appear. Note: the film will remain in the overview with '0 tickets'.
Where can I order my Cineville pass?
Simply order your Cineville pass online. After paying the first term, you’ll get an e-mail with your temporary Cineville pass, which you can then use to go to screenings right away.
How to give the cineville pass as a present?
Upon ordering your pass, please indicate that you make your pass a present. Then simply fill in the information of the person you are giving the pass to, but fill in your own account number. After payment of the first term, €21,- or €17,50 will be wired from your account of each month, to pay for the following month. Please note: the Cineville pass has a minimum subscription period of 4 months and is valid until cancellation.
