Description
Children who can study excellently but do not attend school: ‘dropouts’. Despite many efforts, it remains a challenge to ensure that all children receive an education. Why is that? The reflex of Dutch society to a child dropping out is to provide youth care to make the child fit for education. But can’t we devise educational strategies that help prevent children from becoming sick and staying at home? To what extent might this be more cost effective? Created by Jan Stap and René Lamers, financially supported by the Leids Mediafonds. Please note that this event is in Dutch. We apologize for the inconvenience.
