Description
Anime-lovers beware! Kiyotaka Oshiyama (animator known for The Wind Rises, Evangelion 2.0: You Can (Not) Advance, The Secret World of Arrietty) presents his first feature as director. Classmates Fujino and Kyomoto couldn’t be more different, yet there is a great common denominator: they both have a passion for drawing. What begins with jealousy and mutual strife ends in a friendship with far-reaching consequences. Based on Tatsuki Fujimoto’s successful autobiographical manga, the film shows how creativity can be both a blessing and a curse.
