Description
Intimate, powerful family film about two sisters who only see their father during their yearly visit over the summer break. Every summer is a new challenge, as the sisters’ fragmented connection to their father and his erratic nature forces them to start over each year—with more knowledge and more baggage—and try to make the best of it. Thanks to the film’s captivating structure and the three excellent lead actors (including Lío Mehiel from Mutt, LIFF 2023), this directorial debut by Alessandra Lacorazza was the rightful winner of the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance.
