Description
Tragicomic portrait of a grieving father who travels to Marseilles, the former hometown of his deceased daughter, where he embarks on an extraordinary journey through his daughter’s life in order to process his grief and incomprehension and learn more about her life in the last few years. While the impact of the loss of a person takes center stage in Fotogenico, the film also beautifully highlights other types of loss, such as the end of a friendship or the break-up of a band. A gem from Cannes with an amazing soundtrack, a sublime lead performance and a marvelous mustache.
