Description
Will Saoirse Ronan finally win an Oscar after four nominations? We certainly think so! In The Outrun, she plays Rona: 30, single, biologist, just out of rehab and temporarily staying with her parents on an island off the Scottish coast. The road to recovery seems endless and Rona is confronted with ghosts from the past that haunt her. And yet, those same beautiful Scottish islands occasionally offer a bright spot on the horizon and her search for a special bird takes Rona further than she could have imagined.
